Many distributors and importers sell dental instruments under their own brand. Behind most of those brands is a workshop that makes the instruments, marks them and packs them. For many brands, that workshop is in Sialkot, Pakistan.
We have been making instruments for more than 12 years, for clinics, distributors and private-label brands in more than 80 countries. Here is how a private-label order works with us.
Step 1: Send a sample or a drawing
Tell us what you want to sell. A physical sample, a drawing, a catalogue page or a clear photo all work. Let us know:
- the pattern and size of each instrument
- the quantity you have in mind
- your logo and how you want it marked
- your packaging, if you already have a design
We have more than 4,500 instruments in our range, so your pattern may already be on our list.
Step 2: Approve a prototype
We make the instrument and send it to you to check. This is the moment to look at the finish, the balance, the tips and the marking before anything goes into production. If something needs to change, we adjust it. Our instruments are finished by hand, so we can adapt a pattern to your needs.
Step 3: We produce and mark
Once you approve the prototype, our 30 to 50 craftspeople produce your order. Every piece carries your logo, laser-marked on the instrument, and goes into your own packaging.
Before packing, each instrument is cleaned ultrasonically and passivated. Each piece is packed individually and marked with its catalogue number. We can also add a black PVD/DLC coating in-house, with no minimum quantity.
Step 4: Delivered worldwide
We ship your order with tracking to your warehouse. Bulk orders are invoiced and paid by bank transfer.
No minimum order
You don't need to commit to a large first run. There is no minimum order for private label. Start with a small trial, test it with your customers, and scale up when you are ready.
