Our Trade Principles

Mubarra Instrumed does business by the principles of Islamic trade taught by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ:

• Honest descriptions – our photos and descriptions show the real product. If we know of any flaw, difference or delay, we tell you before you pay.
• No hidden charges – everything you pay us is in your quote. No interest, no late fees. Outside our duties-paid countries, we tell you upfront that local duties may apply.
• No exaggerated claims – we only say what we can stand behind.
• Fair and gentle dealing – a fair price, and patience in buying, selling and asking for payment.
• Easy returns – changed your mind? Unused in-stock items can be returned within 14 days.
• Paid in advance, shipped without delay – we don't sell on credit, and in-stock orders ship within 2–4 working days.

About these terms

These terms apply when you order from Mubarra Instrumed through this website, on WhatsApp or by email. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you agree to them.

How ordering works

1. You send an order request. Use the order form on this site, message us on WhatsApp, or email us with the items, the quantities and where to ship. When you use the order form, we email you a confirmation that we've received it.
2. We confirm your order. We reply by WhatsApp and email with your total, including shipping. Your order request is not a contract until we confirm it in writing, by WhatsApp or email.
3. You pay. After we confirm your order, we send you a secure payment link.
4. We pack and ship your order. Once your payment is confirmed, we send your tracking number by WhatsApp and email.

We may decline an order request, for example if we can't make an item or can't ship to your address. If we do, we'll tell you, and you won't be charged.

Prices

• All prices are in US dollars (USD).
• The total in our confirmation is the price you pay for that order. It includes shipping. Duties and taxes are included for the UK and most EU countries; elsewhere, any import duties or taxes are paid by you on delivery.
• Prices on earlier quotes or messages can change until we confirm your order.
• If your bank or card provider charges you a currency conversion or international payment fee, that fee is between you and them.

Payment

• We send a secure payment link after we confirm your order. You pay through that link. Your card details are entered on the payment provider's page, never on this website.
• Bank transfer is accepted for larger wholesale orders. Our bank details are printed on your invoice.
• Don't send card details by WhatsApp or email. We will never ask you to.
• We take payment in advance and don't sell on credit. We ship your order once payment has been received.

Invoices

Our invoice always shows the real value of your order. This includes the invoice that travels with your parcel for customs. We can't issue invoices or customs papers with a lower value or a different description.

Products

• Our instruments are made and finished by hand in Sialkot, so small differences in finish from the photos are normal.
• Our instruments are for use by trained dental professionals. Clean and sterilise them before first use and after every use. Our guide to caring for stainless steel dental instruments explains how.

Private-label orders

• If you ask us to mark instruments with your own name or logo, you confirm that you have the right to use that name or logo.
• We mark them exactly as shown in the artwork you approve. Once you approve the artwork, you are responsible for any errors in the logo or artwork.
• Private-label orders ship 2–4 weeks after artwork approval and payment.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit or business interruption, from using or being unable to use our products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
