Privacy policy

This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect when you use this website, contact us or send an order, and what we do with it.

Who we are. Mubarra Instrumed, Small Industrial Estate, Shahab Pura Road, Sialkot 51310, Pakistan. We make dental instruments and sell them to clinics, distributors and brands. For anything about your information, email mubarrainstrumed@gmail.com.

What we collect from the order form

When you send the order form, we receive what you type in:

• your name and your business or clinic name
• your email address and WhatsApp number
• your country
• the items and quantities you want, and any message you add

We also receive two technical details with the order: which page you sent it from, and, if you arrived from one of our ads, which ad it was (the ad's source, campaign and version, read from the web address you landed on). This only tells us which advert works. It doesn't identify you on other websites.

Why we use it

We use your order details to:

• reply with your total, including shipping and duties
• send you a secure payment link for your order
• make, pack and ship your order, and contact you about it
• keep a record of orders for our business and tax accounts

Where it is kept

• Email: orders sent by email arrive in our Gmail inbox.
• Order sheet: every order sent through the form, by email or WhatsApp, is saved as a row in a private Google Sheet in our own Google account. Only our team can open it.

Google provides the email and the sheet as a service to us.

WhatsApp and email

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (a Meta company) under its own privacy policy, and we keep the chat so we can deal with your order. If you email us, we keep the emails for the same reason.

Meta Pixel and cookies

We'd like to use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), to see which of our ads bring visitors and orders. It only loads if you press "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you press "Decline", it never loads.

If you accept, the pixel tells Meta when you:

• open a page on this site
• view one of our product ranges
• click a WhatsApp button
• send the order form

It does not send Meta anything you type into the order form. Meta sets cookies in your browser to do this, and uses the information under its own privacy policy, which you can read at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Change your mind at any time: use Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Apart from the pixel (and only if you accept), this site uses no tracking or analytics cookies. Your browser stores two small things for the site to work: your cookie choice, and which ad you arrived from (kept only until you close the tab).

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent or trade your information.
• We don't use it for anything other than your enquiries and orders.

We only share it where it's needed to complete your order: with the payment provider when you pay through our payment link, and with the courier who delivers your parcel.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to deal with your orders and to meet our business and tax obligations. After that, we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email mubarrainstrumed@gmail.com and we'll reply. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
